Postage and Packing

We know how awful it is to have to wait days and days for your new purchase to arrive, therefore we will endeavour to have your jewellery with you as quickly as possible so you can start turning heads. Please bear in mind all items are handmade with love and care, perfection can’t be rushed …

All items will be wrapped in pretty tissue paper before being put into an organza gift bag and finished off with a Clash! gift tag.

For orders placed Monday to Friday, we endeavour to despatch your goodies within 3 days of receiving payment, however from time to time delays beyond our control will occur, in these rare cases we promise to despatch within 5 days of your order.

Postage to any address in the UK (mainland) is £2.95, regardless of the quantity of sparkly bits you decide to indulge in. This includes 1st class recorded delivery service which will require a signature on receipt.

Alternatively you may wish to choose special delivery which is a next working day delivery for £4.95.

Prices for International postage are available upon request at info@clashjewellery.co.uk.

All items on the website will incur a postage charge with the exception of Gift Vouchers which will be delivered free of charge whether sent electronically or posted Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery.

We will email you when your order is shipped. In the unfortunate event that there is a delay, you will be notified immediately.

All items are thoroughly inspected and well packaged prior to despatch.

Please note:

• Orders placed over weekends and bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
• We will deliver directly to the address specified in your order.
• We cannot deliver items within the same order to multiple addresses.
• All deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt.
• The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.
