How to Order
We like to make life as easy as possible, therefore ordering is simple.
We suggest you start buy slipping off your shoes, grab a drink, put on some music and you’re half way there. Now all you need is to take a leisurely browse through our range and select the items you have fallen in love with by following these simple steps. Finally, sit back and wait for Mr. Postman to arrive.
Find a product
- type a keyword in the search box at the top of each page
- browse the product homepages
- to see more photos of a particular item, click on the little photos
Choose it
- click the “Add to Basket” button to store it
- you can make changes to your basket at any time, then click “Continue Shopping” to return the products
- when you’re ready, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button
Buy it
- fill in your name and delivery address details
- choose how you would like to pay – we welcome most credit/debit cards and paypal
- check your order details
- click the “Complete my Purchase” button to complete the transaction
- once you have completed the order form and parted with your pennies, we shall email you confirmation of your order.

Please remember, all of the jewellery items listed are unique and handmade especially for you, therefore please expect there to be possible slight variations to the photos shown. The photographs are intended as a guide (albeit a very good one) to the finished item. We absolutely guarantee you will still simply love it (so will your friends, so beware).
If there is a particular colour combination you desparately want we will do our very very best to accomodate your requests.
Returns
In the highly unlikely event you should not be totally smitten with your new goodies, you are able to return it to us in its original condition and unused within 7 days from date of receipt for a refund or you can exchange it for a different item if preferred. All goods must be accompanied by any tags and original packaging. Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons this does not apply to earrings which are non-returnable.
